Services We Offer
Private 1:1 Tutoring
We provide direct instruction to students at home or at their school. Direct/Indirect and Consultative services are provided to students by a certified teacher of students with visual impairments.
Tutoring Services include curriculum and lesson plans implementation, engaging lessons and materials preparation. We accept ESA Funds as a vendor in Class Wallet or Private Pay
Contract Providers in Schools
We contract with public school districts, charter schools and private schools to provide direct instruction to students with visual impairments. Teachers are certified teachers of students with visual impairments
We follow the student's IEP, attend IEP meetings as needed, write goals and progress reports, and conduct assessments when necessary.
Curriculum Development
We write curriculum and lesson plans to support students in all stages of development and grade levels. Curriculum is written for parents or teachers to use to support their students. Curriculum includes lesson plans and a materials list.
Consultative Services
We provide consultative services to teachers, related services staff, and special educations directors in school districts to help support students with visual impairments
IEP Review for Parents
We review students special education evaluations and Individualized Education Plans for parents. We explain each section of the IEP and how the IEP will be used for special education services.
Vision Assessments
We conduct Functional Vision Assessments and Learning Media Assessments. After the assessment is completed, a detailed report is provided that includes visual abilities, recommendations, and accommodations.
The assessments include a review of relevant optometry/ophthalmology reports, observations, student/parent/teacher interview, formal and informal testing, and a comprehensive report.
Professional Development
We provide live online and in person trainings/in-services to schools and agencies. Professional development sessions are offered as a half day or full day option.
We also provide online training for continuing education credits (CEUs) or personal development. Trainings are online modules and are self-paced. Upon completion of the training, a certificate is issued to the participant.
